The registration fee includes:

• Eligibility to attend conference program
• Conference documentation
• Use of the conference app
• In-person/virtual networking opportunities
• Access to the exhibition viewing area
• Catering during the 2 conference days (lunches, coffee breaks and refreshments)
• Thursday’s Gala dinner, Friday’s Apéro
• Annual iCANX membership fee of 2024 (CHF 200)

* To benefit from the special registration fee, PhD candidate should provide a valid student ID.

Extra fee for each accompanying person for social activities (gala, Apéro): CHF 200 (EUR 210, USD 230) Fees apply ONLY to payments received by the indicated deadlines.

The conference registration fee does not include accommodation and airport transfer, or any other unlisted items.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of any cancellation or non-attendance, unfortunately, the registration fees are not refundable.
